To sum up, the tablet computer segment is considered to be the only segment which has shown sales slowdown in this period. However, it is worth mentioning that desktop and laptop segments have demonstrated the sizable growth. For the first half of 2017, 1.8 mln tablet PCs were shipped to Russia, totaling about 19 bln. According to ITResearch, in August the Russian laptop market has demonstrated higher growth rates in comparison to July, but the annual growth rates remain at the zero level and even declines. In comparison to July, the market has grown by 45 %, but this figure is not enough to prove the annual growth rate.
