MERLION acquired a controlling stake in High Energy

MERLION, the leading Russian VAD distributor, announces the acquisition of capital of the Russian engineering company, High Energy (OOO EnergoTech), which specializes in uninterrupted and guaranteed power supply for critical infrastructure facilities such as data centers. The existing structure and top management of High Energy are retained in full.

Having become part of the MERLION High Energy Group of Companies, it specializes in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of energy supply systems. The company has many years of experience working with leading Russian system integrators and carries out projects for the largest Russian customers, primarily in the field of building data centers. The total capacity of the facilities designed and implemented by the company is more than 500 MW.  For MERLION, this deal is another important step in the development of strategic business areas, and it forms the widest portfolio of solutions and services in the field of creating large infrastructure facilities on the Russian market, which will allow the company's partners to receive the most profitable and effective integrated solutions.
