The Cnews.ru edition notes that the period of August 24-30 will be marked for buyers by a big sale with discounts of up to 50% in honor of the store's second anniversary.
The online store Aceronline.ru, a joint project of the computer equipment manufacturer Acer and the wide-profile distributor Merlion, summed up the results of two years of work and announced a sale with discounts up to 50%.
The revenue of the online brand shop Aceronline.ru grew almost five times compared to the same period in 2019 (January-July). The assortment of the store has also significantly expanded and now has more than 1.7 thousand items. Laptops were in particular demand from March to July 2020. Business-class and gaming laptops were the most popular during self-isolation.
Sales of ultra-thin devices have grown 11 times compared to last year. Besides, in the first seven months of 2020, there was an increased demand from buyers for devices with powerful Nvidia RTX 2060 graphics cards and above. Their share increased by 60%, which is due not only to gamers' activity but also to the great interest in ConceptD devices.
Since April 2020, a lending service has been launched, which has shown its relevance - more than 40% of purchases are made on credit.
For shoppers, August 29 will see a big sale with up to 50% off Aceronline's birthday. The offer will apply to laptops, monitors, projectors, and accessories. In total, about 100 products that are in particular demand among buyers will participate in the sale. The total duration of the action is from 24 to August 30.
“Our official online store has existed for two years, thanks to which we have the opportunity to monitor online the demand for a particular product, the popularity of services and promotions, which allows us to improve the quality of our work here and now. Consumer behavior patterns are changing - more and more users choose expensive devices, relying on performance and mobility. We, in turn, offer solutions that meet the needs of the most selective clients and professionals of all kinds,” said Yekaterina Tsareva, Acer Marketing Director in Russia.

The project began work in 2018. The development of services, organizational and technical support of the online store are carried out by Merlion specialists together with the Russian representative office of Acer.
