Oleg Fomenko was appointed CEO of Merlion Group

The top manager will focus on further expansion of the distribution portfolio, commercial efficiency of the company''s activities, and the development of new areas.

On March 1, 2024, Oleg Fomenko was appointed CEO of the Merlion Group of Companies. He will replace Sergei Raskolov, who held this position in the company twice – in 2013–2016 and since February 2023. Sergei will continue to lead the Group as a member of the Merlion Board of Directors.

Oleg Fomenko is a graduate of the Rostov State University of Economics certified in Information Systems in Economics. He has been working in the IT field for more than 20 years. Oleg embarked on his career in 2003 in the NKA-Group project (a manufacturer of laptops under the iRU brand) as a sales manager. He then headed the procurement divisions in large federal b2c companies, and since 2017 he has headed the telecommunications products procurement department at Merlion. From March 2023, he held the position of Director of the Unified Procurement Department of Merlion and Citilink.
