The IT Clinics Chain has become an official service partner for the TCL brand in Russia.

The Federal Network of Authorized Service Centers, known as the "IT Clinics" (a project of the Merlion Group), and TCL RUS, the Russian representative of one of the world's largest manufacturers of household appliances and consumer electronics, have signed an agreement for the maintenance of TCL equipment in Russia.

In accordance with the service agreement, the IT Clinics Chain provides warranty and post-warranty repairs for TVs, monitors, soundbars, and air conditioners of the brand.

I note that we already have experience with TCL equipment. We have been successfully cooperating with the vendor for more than five years. We discussed a new agreement for the future with TCL RUS - just like we did with the Russian division. As a result of negotiations, the IT Clinics Chain has confirmed its authority as an experienced and reliable service partner, which imposes increased obligations on us to deliver high-quality and prompt service. I do not exclude the expansion of the pool of serviced product categories in the future," commented Alexander Fedorov, General Director of the IT Clinics Chain, on the conclusion of the contract.

The official service agreement states that IT Clinics Chain will expand and maintain stocks of original TCL spare parts, sufficient for the Russian market, in the near future. An audit of diagnostic and repair equipment was conducted, and all necessary regulations were established. The competencies of specialists and engineers were confirmed in accordance with the vendor's requirements. They have completed the required specialization and will regularly verify their qualifications.

TCL services from IT Clinics Chain  are available to both end users (b2c segment) and commercial and government organizations (b2b partners), including federal retail chains and retailers. Services can be provided either by visiting the client for on-site diagnostics and repair, or by sending the equipment to an authorized service center for repair.

At present, TCL offers servicing for TVs (up to 115" diagonal), monitors, soundbars, and air conditioners at over 170 computer clinics, leveraging their experienced and professional teams, as well as their comprehensive resources and capabilities.
