The long-awaited super final of the All Russian Bowling Championship among partners of MERLION CUP'2010 was held on November 12, 2010. Seven teams from Voronezh, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg and Ufa fought for the title of champion. The Championship Final was held with the support of leading world suppliers of computer equipment like AMD, DELL, HP, Kingston, Lenovo, LG and Microsoft.

The All Russian Bowling Championship MERLION CUP'2010 ended with triumph on November 12 at the capital's bowling club "Bi-ba-bo". The tournament was held practically for one year: Having started in March of the year in Krasnodar, and held at many cities in the Russian Federation, it concluded in Moscow with a colourful super final. Initially the Bowling Championship MERLION CUP'2010 was conceived as a new format of meeting with regional partners of MERLION, the largest Russian distributor of computer and digital appliances. The tournament was held in accordance with the international rules of bowling and Provisions on conduct of bowling competitions in Russia, which were approved by the Federation of Bowling Sports of the country. The guests and participants of the event were the partners from many cities of the Russian Federation. The Championship Super Final was supported by leading world manufacturers pf computers like AMD, DELL, HP, LENOVO, LG and Microsoft.

Before the start of Super Final, the teams got acquainted and prepared bright team fight songs, which reflected the fighting spirit and resolute attitude of each team before appearing on the bowling mat. We remind you that seven teams participated in the super final of the Bowling Championship MERLION CUP'2010. The intensity of emotions in the final reached its apogee: the guests and participants watched transfixed each throw of the opponents. The team "Gulfstream" from Voronezh in the beginning showed good result, and the guests of the tournament had no doubt that this team shall be among the top three. But as per the results of the competition, the team "KlamaStraiK" from Ufa showed the best result and became the absolute winner of the super final of Bowling Championship, by showing a great result of 1,149 points according to the results of the preliminary round and final in Moscow. The winners got the gift MERLION CUP‘2010 and cash prize of 2,500 US Dolalrs Congratulations! However, we would like to mention that all the tournament participants showed highest mastery, team spirit and fighting spirit during the final. The results of the top three are self explanatory. The difference in points of one team from the other is almost minimal.

After the tense competition a colorful award ceremony of the MERLION CUP'2010 Bowling Championship winners was held. In spite of the fact that during the super final the tournament guests and participants could have food, it was not touched till the end of the competition. The desire to win and gusto did not allow the sportsmen to relax before the important throws! But after the competition the guests enjoyed the festival fourchette and raised the glasses in honor of the tournament winners!
In the opinion of many partners the Championship format was a wonderful idea that shall become a good tradition. The tournament participants expressed hope that MERLION shall conduct the tournament for the partners and invite everybody to try the chances next year.
