The second meeting of the "Creative Companies Club" was held in Ufa

March 25, 2011 the second phase of the Regional Intellectual Game "Creative Companies Club" was held in Ufa. During the game more than 30 participants battled for the title of the most intelligent team on the IT-market among the partners of the largest computer equipment distributor - the MERLION company.

The MERLION company, continuing the series of the regional actions for their partners, hosted the second regional preliminary stage of the educational game "Creative Companies Club", which was held on March 25 in Ufa. The event was sponsored by the leading computer and digital equipment manufacturers, such companies as AMD, BenQ, Lenovo, Microsoft and Patriot.

We would like to remind that the intellectual game “Creative Companies Club” organized by the MERLION company has the aim to define the most intelligent team in the region that promotes the products offered by the companies’ partners - computer equipment and accessories manufacturers. The game consists of seven preliminary stages that are taking place in Perm, Ufa, Samara, Voronezh, Stavropol, Chelyabinsk and Chita. During the grand finale of Creative Companies Club, that will be held in Moscow at the end of 2011, the most intelligent computer command among the MERLION partners will be selected. A winner team will be awarded with a cash prize and a diploma to the academics of "Creative Companies Club” and the best player of the team will get Grand Crystal Globe.

An official part of the meeting "Creative Companies Club" in the city Ufa was opened by the Head of Business Development Pechnikova Julia, she made ​​the following report "MERLION: the results of 2010, the points of growth". Herman Smagin (AMD), SMB Sales Manager (Russia, CIS countries) made the presentation “Mobile, desktop and server solutions offered by AMD in 2011". He began his speech very lively and dynamic, inviting all present persons to participate in a game where some important issues were identified and further they were fully covered in his speech. Herman also spoke in detail about new solutions, unique products and plans for ADM development in the server solutions.

The second meeting of the Creative Companies Club was held in UfaThe report carried out by the Manager of Sales and Development in Asia and Turkey, the company Patriot Farhad Ibayev began with a greeting made in Bashkir language, it was a nice surprise and it pleased all listeners. In his presentation, "Patriot: business development in Russia", Farhad told about the company's development strategy in the Russian IT market (the company is one of the market leaders for the past 26 years in the U.S.A and Europe), and he introduced the audiences with the unique latest data carriers that have no analogues in the world.

Vadim Khomyakov, BenQ Partner Relationship Manager, in his presentation "BenQ LED-displays, projectors and innovations of the year 2011" told in details about the new technologies and solutions that are already available to our partners. This new series of the monitors based on the VA-matrix with the better viewing angles, contrast and colours; game 3D XL-series, developed with the participation of professional gamers, and of course eco V-series, created by BenQ taking a care about the user and the environment.

The second meeting of the Creative Companies Club was held in UfaAndrey Bulatnikov, Lenovo Partner Relationship Manage (Volga region, Siberia, Far East), in his presentation "Lenovo Laptops - innovations of the year 2011" described the structure and development of the company, its branch offices and technical centers, as well as the dynamics of the company's growth in the Russian market. He demonstrated the achievements and benefits of the PC new model range, which will be presented by Lenovo in the IT market in spring-summer 2011 and will be designed for the most numerous and demanding users.

The second meeting of the Creative Companies Club was held in UfaMicrosoft Customer Relationship Manger (Ufa), Ruslan Husnulin in his presentation "The server solutions for small and medium business" introduced the audiences with the important strategic points of the Windows Server developing and updating, he demonstrated some comparative estimates and cost data for the servers, time to use and update, making emphasis on their quality and high-tech.

The guests knew about innovations on the IT-market and their marketing support, positioning strategy of IT-products, prospects for the industry and other important information, as well as they got answers to their questions.

In the second part of the event the intellectual game was organized. The participants were divided into five teams: "Monolith", "It hunters", "3 P", "KKK Expression" and "3 Co". At this qualifying stage the competition tasks included composing the maximum number of words in the Russian version of the word "Microsoft", a creative approach to decode the abbreviation AMD, test to the geographical knowledge - search around the world mega cities that have the ending "o", like in the word Lenovo. Under the auspices of the company Patriot the participants recalled the song containing the word "house" and selected for BenQ the well-known "Yulia" and "Yuriy" (the letter "Q" in the Russian alphabet corresponds to the "Yu").

The game was ended with awarding the winners. The prize became traditional; it’s a brand holiday cake under the name "Creative Companies Club".

After honoring the game winners, the participants had a master class for the Barmen art performed by professionals from the Barmen Association. Everyone who wanted could try to cook a great number of different cocktails.

The program was completed with a colorful Barmen-show, prepared in the best traditions of flaring (free style cocktails were prepared using the elements of juggling); all the participants of the game tasted the cocktails and enjoined the party.
