A scheduled conference MERLION Business Channel 2012 was held on June 21, 2012 in Krasnoyarsk in International exposition and business center “Siberia”. The meeting was held with support of the reliable friends and partners of MERLION: Samsung, GIGABYTE, Fujitsu, Lenovo, Hitachi Data Systems, Western Digital. More than 60 representatives of Siberian IT-companies, which are interested in fruitful cooperation with MERLION, participated in the event.
Following the existing tradition, the director of business development department of MERLION Julia Pechnikova addressed the participants of the forum with a word of salutation. In her speech “MERLION 2.0 – Evolution of distribution” she touched upon the changes in distributor’s partner policy and presented new capabilities of the company’s B2B portal, as well as special technical and engineering services for partners. Eugenia Lobacheva, manager for working with key clients, continued the topic of innovations in her report “New horizons with Samsung”. The positive trends of the influence of innovations on GIGABYTE products were covered by Yuri Vilensky, supervisor in Siberian and the Far East districts. The speech of Arkady Chernavin, Fujitsu manager for working with partners in Siberian federal district, was devoted the topic of updating the existing range of company products and announcement of new ones in the line of Fujitsu laptops. The next speaker was Evgeniy Ivanov, regional representative of the company Lenovo in Siberia and the Far East. He familiarized the audience with new developments of the company, clearly proving that Lenovo does not stay behind the competitors and keeps up with the times. The participants of the forum learned the secrets how to earn money and fame with the products of Hitachi Data Systems from Dmitry Kleymenov, regional representative of the company. The business part of the event was closed by Mikhail Maximov, regional representative of Western Digital in Siberia and the Far East, who presented the products of the company.

Then the meeting continued in informal atmosphere. The guests discussed the topics of the forum and prospects of future cooperation accompanied by pleasant music by a national singer.
