The end of MERLION Business Channel`2012: Saint Petersburg

The series of the regional partnership meetings MERLION Business Channel`2012 ended in the northern capital.

Финал MERLION Business Channel`2012: Санкт-ПетербургThis year the route of the MERLION Business Channel`2012 partnership meetings went from south to north: starting in early March in Rostov-na-Donu, in six months, coming through Ural, Volga region and Siberia, the conference finished in Saint Petersburg. As a result Ekaterinburg, Samara, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk have been marked on the MERLION Business Channel`2012 map as sites for meetings with regional partners of the biggest Russian IT distributor.

This year the key theme of the conference was the specifics of the regional IT market since without taking it into account it seems not possible to determine the vectors for successful cooperation with regional partners. The regional events session has been very productive and useful for both guests and organizers. Thanks to the conference more than 500 participants had a chance to learn firsthand about vendors’ new products and perfected technologies; could discuss the trends and perspectives of the Russian IT market as a whole and their region in particular; could learn about new details in MERLION partnership policies and also exchange opinions with their colleagues in an informal setting.
