On October 26 - 27, in Novosibirsk the companies CANON, Creative, NEC, Proview – the world leaders of IT-technologies - with support of the company MERLION held a workshop for IT-specialists, managers of computer companies and retailer stores of Siberia. 75 representatives from 53 companies of the region took part in a workshop.

On October 26, in Health Center "Bylina" in Novosibirsk there was held an informal meeting of the representatives of computer companies of Siberian region with the leading managers of CANON, Creative, NEC, Proview and directors of the company MERLION Citilink. The meeting was of informal nature and had open and friendly atmosphere. The participants of the workshop in a health center had an opportunity to learn their partners in IT-business closer.
On October 27 an IT-workshop was held in a conference hall of the "Siberia" Hotel (Novosibirsk). It was attended by 75 managers from 53 companies from different cities of Siberia: Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Novokuznetsk, Tomsk, Mezhduretchensk, Kemerovo, Biisk.

The representatives of the companies CANON, Creative, NEC, Proview held presentations of the new products and solutions.
The company NEC was presented by Marko Krsmanovic, the Area Sales manager (Area Sales Representative Computer Storage Products). His presentation gave a review of the new products of 2005 года and touched upon a topic of the further prospects of HD-DVD technologies.
The representatives of Canon - Nikolai Gerasimov, Canon Dealer, and Dmitrii Chernopyatov, Couch-Consultant on office equipment, presented new models of jet printers, scanners and faxes, told about advantages of the latest products.
Proview, represented by Ralf Leonard, Russian Sales Manager, presented a short review of the company's activity in figures and facts, and also a line of products: CRT displays (series CH-V57, CF-V37); LCD displays (series PA, HD, 23); LCD TV (series HX, JA, HD, HV); PDP (series MH). In conclusion Ralf Leonard told about advantages of working with Proview, drawing audience's attention to the company's strong points.

Мichael Tarasov, Russian Area Manager of the company Creative, presented relatively last changes in popular series: Inspire, I-Trigue, SBS, told about increase of the production line of the keypads for mobile users of keypads and mice, and also presented new models of the wooden speakers Inspire 1300 and М80, web-cameras and external sound cards.

After the workshop its participants expressed desire to learn more about the plans and prospects of the company MERLION. Their questions were answered by the directors of the company MERLION-Citilink: the General Director Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Area Group Director Vyacheslav Dubenski and Marketing Manager Tatiana Khazkevich.
