The fifth field meeting of “POSITRONICA” Club took place near St.Petersburg

The most significant field meeting of “POSITRONICA” Club joined the top managers of the Management company, business owners, partners and representatives of vendors.

Carrying on the tradition of business meetings with the partners the federal electronics chain store system “POSITRONICA” (www.positronica.ru) held a field meeting of “POSITRONICA” Club at “Igora” resort near St.Petersburg on the 26th – 29th of July this year.

More than 60 business owners took part in the event the aim of which was to solve the strategic issues of “POSITRONICA” chain store system development. All together more than 90 persond from all around the Russian Federation visited the meeting.

The meeting was held in the form of presentations and roundtable discussions where the representatives of the Management company and vendors presented their reports. After that the communication went on in the “question and answer” form and personal meetings. The business framework of the meeting took three days.

TheThe agenda of the field meeting included the following issues: strategy (technological perfection as the key to the market leadership), franchise (technological partnership), commerce, e-trading (federal e-shop “POSITRONICA”), marketing.

The questions of price formation and commodity items coordination, marketing support of new shops at the starting and promotion stage, “POSITRONICA” software usage and the advantages of the technological franchise of the system aroused the greatest interest of the participants during the presentations of the Management company.

TheGeneral Manager of “POSITRONICA” Management company Vladimir Landau in his presentation familiarized the partners with the new lines of activity and the system philosophy, the brand evolution, and also summarized the results of the previous year and defined the plans for the fiscal year 2010.

Operations director of “POSITRONICA” Management company Mikhail Zamytsky turned his attention to the issues of technological partnership that providing intelligent combination of efficiency, differentiation, local market positioning and competitiveness increasing should lead to the business stability and net profit increase.The

The representatives of the leading computer hardware and electronics manufacturers familiarized the participants of the conference with their companies’ history, achievements, new products and solutions. The presentations of the vendors aroused such great interest of the partners that they lasted throughout the whole conference instead of one day planned.

Yaroslav Suchkov («Samsung Electronics Rus Company»), Senior manager of the IT department of the regional representative section and Irina Merkulova, marketing specialist of “Portable systems” department of «Samsung Electronics Rus Company», told about the company’s leadership on the IT-market, new trend in monitor design (LED) and its advantages, viewing equipment, home printing devices and new printing technologies.

Despite the fact that the majority of time was devoted to official events the partners gladly took part in the entertainment program – each evening was memorable in its own way due to different contests (barman show, the barbeque near the lake, competitions, etc.) «POSITRONICA» chose its champions in water sports. Last evening there was an excursion around St. Petersburg that gave a possibility to enjoy beautiful views of the city.
