At the end of October the concluding regional preliminary round of the All Russian Bowling Championship among partners of MERLION CUP'2010 was held. The event in St.Petersburg was held under the banner of the LG company. Now the participants of the tournament are waiting for the long-awaited final in Moscow.

The concluding preliminary round of the Bowling Championship MERLION CUP'2010 was held on October 22 in St. Petersburg, at entertainment club "Almak". The guests and participants of the tournament were witness to an entertaining and risky game, which became became a real gift for the bowling fans.
The general sponsor of the tournament in St. Petersburg was the LG company, which is the world leader in electronics and telecommunications since 1958, the date of its foundation. In the concluding preliminary stage several teams came out to the bowling mat, which courageously fought for the right to go to the Moscow Final of the Bowling Championship MERLION CUP'2010.

The official part of the event was opened by the partner relationship manager of LG Radik Nurgaleev, who addressed the spectators with a presentation "LG monitors: Tendencies and prospects, 2010/2011". In his speech Mr. Nurgaleev recounted to those present about the new models of LG monitors, unveiled to the partners major tendencies in the monitor market and has spoken in more details on the technologies, which are applied in the production of vendor's monitors and by virtue of which LG occupies the leading position in the market for more several decades.
According to the results of the exciting play the best result was shown by the team of the "IKS 5", which collected 120.9 points. The second place was taken by the team of the "Cubic" company (107.2), and the third place was taken by the team of the "FUS" company (106.9).
