Starting from September 1, 2024 IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers as an official service partner in Russia begins to provide warranty and post-warranty services, including diagnosis and prevention of malfunctions, repair of upright and robot vacuum cleaners of Dreame and Dreame Trouver brands.
It is worth noting that all vacuum cleaners of these brands officially imported to the Russian Federation by distributors and suppliers will be subject to service at IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers.
Dreame Technology will ensure the availability of the necessary original spare parts in the IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers stock, training events for specialists and engineers, prompt notification of all updates in the vacuum cleaner models presented in Russia: this applies both to components and software.
The IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers managing company will actively monitor the quality of work of its authorized service centers and fulfill all the requirements of the manufacturer.
