Merlion has become a distributor for Rikitlab

Russian VAD distributor Merlion and Rikitlab, a Russian IT company specializing in software development for organizational process automation, have signed a distribution agreement.

The cooperation between Merlion and Rikitlab is aimed at meeting the growing demand among domestic corporate customers for reliable, functional, and import-substituting solutions in the fields of IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM). Merlion’s partners now have access to the modular TIKITRIK platform for IT service and asset management.

The TIKITRIK platform has been developed for internal use in organizations with a staff of 200 or more employees, facing the tasks of increasing transparency and manageability of IT services and assets, reducing operating costs, and improving the quality of IT services. The platform’s interface requires no special training or study of manuals, ensuring an easy start with ITSM or ITAM systems.

Merlion’s partners will have access to both versions of the TIKITRIK platform—SaaS and on?premise—as well as the full range of implementation and support services.
