The federal scale service project is 10 years old!

The federal “Computer Clinics Network” celebrated its 10th anniversary. It is to be recalled that in 2007, the largest Russian broad-profile distributor, MERLION (www.merlion.com), organized a new federal network of service centers under brand “Computer Clinics Network”. The concept of the new project was based on the idea of professional quality service of computer equipment, which in terms of quality of service delivery and client-oriented approach is comparable to the work of professional physicians. Today the network is a federal-scale project, with branches in sixty cities of Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.

For ten years, “Computer Clinics Network” from a young ambitious player has grown to a leading representative of the service industry.

The scale became different: the spare parts warehouse increased by 10 times, having moved to a large logistics complex in the Moscow region, the number of authorizations increased by several times, and the indicator of successfully completed repairs for the month, compared with 2008, increased by 4.5 times and exceeded 15,000 mark. The “Computer Clinics Network” annually improves the quality of its work and expands its cooperation with leading IT manufacturers. Only during the current year, the number of services in the HP direction (commerce) doubled, “Network of computer clinics” added ten new branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Veliky Novgorod and Syzran, moreover, a flagship unit was opened in the capital, which was equipped with the most up-to-date equipment, new authorizations for TCL and MIO brands were obtained, successful advertising campaigns in electronic and traditional media were carried out.

“During this year there were several key achievements which helped us rise to a higher level compared to the last year. We managed to significantly accelerate the process of warranty maintenance of equipment. So, for example, in August 2017 the average repair period for HP was only five working days, in contrast to the indicator of 2015 – 14 days. Moreover, we have significantly increased our portfolio of contracts with global and Russian manufacturers, we have emphasized the development of the distribution of spare parts. At the moment, we provide a full range of services for Lenovo and HP, and also organized the distribution of DELL spare parts for paid repairs”, says the General Director of the federal project “Computer Clinics Network” Alexander Fedorov.
