MERLION has become a partner of Qmatic, world leader in the sphere of client’s route management

MERLION company, the leader at the market of VAD-distribution and Swedish company Qmatic, the world leader in the sphere of client’s route management, have signed the Agreement, giving an official status of Premier Solution Partner in Russia to MERLION. Since March 2018 the distributor begins dropshipping of technological solution to Russian market from this supplier in order to optimize the work in client’s offices. The solution includes the complete complex of software platform Orcherstra, terminals Intro 17, Intro 5, Intro 8 and TP Touch, paper for bills, virtual workstations, component parts and spare parts as well.

Cooperation of the two Parties will have special advantages for MERLION partners – basically, system integrators, whose scope of activity includes the services on installation, commissioning, maintenance and technical assistance at the places of work with final clients and buyers (State institutions, commercial organizations, health care and financial enterprises and etc.). Implementation of Qmatic solution gives a large amount of successful results for customers, such as: increase in labor productivity of staff, reduction of queues of clients and patients, minimization of total time for service, increase in sales of goods or services. All these factors together with recognizability (Russian IT-branch have known Qmatic for more than 15 years already), reliability, recent developments and innovations assure the demand from MERLION partners for the solutions of this vendor.
