MERLION and AstraLux have signed a distribution agreement

MERLION has signed a distribution agreement with AstraLux , one of the leading suppliers of sewing machine equipment and related accessories in Russia, the Customs Union countries and EU.

The AstraLux brand was founded in 2003 by AstraLux P.t.e, an investment company in Singapore, to become an international brand for sewing machines. Choosing the third-party vendor – Zeng Hsing Industrial Co., a Taiwan industrial conglomerate, as the key partner – served as an insurance of high quality of AstraLux products and successful development of the company. Zeng Hsing Industrial Co. owns four production sites located in three countries and

produces customized solutions under the world's leading brands such as Singer, Pfaff, Bernina, Bernette, Husquarna and others.

Due to the partnership with MERLION, AstraLux wants to strengthen its position in the Russian market, both in the retail segment and in wholesale supplies to its partners through a sales channel of the largest broad line distributor in Russia.

AstraLux offers warranty and post-warranty support available at over 60 service centers in Russia, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
