Nationwide IT Clinics Chain of Service Centers reports the receipt of a new service certificate. Employees of all IT Clinics have been trained, and since August 2018, they are authorized to perform warranty and non-warranty repairs of all types of printers and MFPs manufactured by Samsung.

By signing a partnership agreement, the largest Russian service company was able to certify its service engineers and organize the supply of original spare parts and components for the maintenance of Samsung equipment. Today, all IT Clinics are ready to provide services for warranty and non-warranty repair of any printing equipment manufactured by Samsung. Maintenance service will be carried out only with the use of original spare parts and components received directly from the manufacturer.

Customers can get not only repair services, but also fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, etc. Employees of IT Clinics will perform all work with the help of special equipment without damaging any parts.
