The largest federal service network has become older.
The Federal “IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers” celebrated its eleventh anniversary in October 2018. Back in 2007, the largest Broadline Distributor in the Russian market, MERLION (www.merlion.com), organized a new federal network of service centers with high quality services standards under the brand “IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers”. The concept of a successful project was based on the idea of professional, high-quality computer equipment service with the quality and customer-oriented approach comparable to the professional doctors’ work. Today, the network is a federal-scale project, with branches in more than sixty Russian cities - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.
Over the past year, five new offices were opened throughout Russia: in Ufa, Chita, Irkutsk, Saratov, and Tyumen. In the professional sphere, authorization contracts were signed with such companies: Beurer, Digma, STARWIND, Hyundai (TVs and automotive equipment), Samsung (printers), Redmond, Lenovo (listed in alphabetical order), which allowed to get original components directly from vendors, and perform repair works, as well as improve the full-time engineers’ qualification thanks to the completed training programs.
For the near future, IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers sets ambitious goals to increase the number of service centers and authorizations received, which will expand the geography and range of services provided.
