Sberbank and Merlion announced a strategic partnership

Merlion owns Positronica and Citilink retail chains, a Chain of Service Centers, iRU computer manufacturer, and several other assets. Merlion's capabilities will be integrated into the emerging e-commerce industry of Sberbank.

The new partnership will strengthen Sberbank's position in the e-commerce industry and realize a whole range of new opportunities for B2B and B2C clients and offer an integrated, seamless customer experience through financial and technological solutions from the Sberbank ecosystem. Merlion will also actively distribute products of the Sberbank ecosystem through its own channels.
