Spare parts will be supplied directly from the manufacturer, which will allow for repair work in the shortest possible time. Obtaining authorization has become possible due to fulfilling several strict manufacturer's requirements by the IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers: availability of special equipment and tools for diagnostics, adjustment, and repair.

"The signing of the new agreement is part of our strategy to expand the service network, improve the level of service and create the most convenient operating conditions for all owners of CyberPower equipment, both legal entities, and individuals. We are confident in the success of our alliance with IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers which possesses production resources, qualified personnel, and vast experience," said Sergey Antonov, Development Director, in response to the signed agreement in the Russian office of CyberPower.

"We are definitely pleased to receive authorization from a company with a long history and millions of followers around the world. There is a lot of work ahead of organizing the process and carrying out repairs by our specialists. Having a colossal resource under our shoulders, we can confidently say that cooperation with CyberPower will be effective," said Alexey Dudin, head of IT Clinics' development department - Chain of Service Centers.
