In February 2021, IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers signed a cooperation agreement with Optoma, giving the network the status of an authorized service center. Since February, IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers starts to provide full service and warranty repairs for Optoma equipment sold in Russia: projection products and related accessories. Diagnostics and prevention of malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance will be carried out by highly qualified engineers at any Service Center throughout Russia.
Optoma is a specialist in audiovisual solutions. It manufactures projectors, LED displays, and interactive touch panels. The products are designed for both professional AV installations and home use. The regional headquarters of the Optoma Group are located in Europe, the USA, and the Asia-Pacific region. Optoma Europe is based in London, covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Service centers will work with individuals and organizations (technical service and adjustment).
