MERLION and Huawei signed a memorandum of cooperation in which they agree to work together in several key areas of IT. The signing ceremony took place during the second annual Huawei Digital Community Conference 2021 (HDCC), held in Moscow on October 26 and 27.
The network direction development (including corporate wireless networks and private LTE/5G wireless networks) has been chosen by the companies as the chief priority. The parties also plan to develop the areas of network solutions, storage systems, and data centers. Furthermore, the companies will concentrate their efforts on joint promotion of Huawei solutions in the industrial, banking, transport, and oil and gas industries, on developing cooperation in joint marketing in order to increase business volumes, and on developing joint replicable solutions (products) involving partners from both sides.
The document was signed by Dmitry Vinogradov, President of the MERLION Group, and Xiao Haijun, General Director of Huawei Enterprise in the Eurasia region.
