Changes include visual presentation, section menu, vendor page structures, and content.
MERLION has developed a new version of its corporate website, merlion.com. Updates include new design and structure, additional information sections, and a number of usability improvements.
The home page and the menu were improved by following statistics of website visits and user behavior for previous years. The most important and useful sections and services are now available to website visitors in a single click. The design of merlion.com has become lighter and more minimalistic, and the key blocks and elements of pages have become more highlighted. Most page view paths are doubled, which takes different scenarios of user behavior into account. The website visual presentation has been brought into compliance with the company's new style.
The vendor pages are more informative now, as their content and structure have been considerably expanded. The following information on each vendor is available in one place and an accessible format: a short profile, current news, campaigns and announcements of events, helpful text and video materials, selections of novelties, descriptions of solutions and product lines, and a catalog as well.
The popular sections -- "Campaigns," "News," and "Events" -- are now grouped and available right from the first menu level or one click from the home page. There is a calendar with dates of MERLION and partners' current announcements in the "Events" section.
MERLION's subsidiaries and business projects are now presented on the website in separate sections, allowing key information about them to be obtained without leaving MERLION's website.
The company's new website is supported in two versions identical to each other in structure and content - mobile and desktop.
