The company has announced the creation of a center for the development of partners' competencies – https://academy.merlion.ru/. Its first year will be devoted to import substitution in IT.
The goal of the project is to help our partners form competencies in IT products, as well as their implementation and sales mechanics, and develop their skills in building company business processes and finding new points for development.
We have announced offline training sessions, webinars, and the chance to sign up for stands to test solutions on the Merlion Academy website. Partners will also be able to get acquainted with our experts, find answers to questions, and apply for corporate events.
Alongside the Academy launch, the company has announced the creation of a unique business community, Merlion Business Club, an annual development program for partners with a focus on priority IT market areas and effective business tools. The Business Club program offers 2 levels. At the starting level, each participant will undergo a unique program to create their own product portfolio, supplementing it with new services and solutions in accordance with the new market realities. Once the first stage is complete, partners will be able to join a private club where Merlion experts, vendors, leading market experts and trainers will help them to achieve their business goals.
This year, Merlion Academy will also place a separate focus on implementing the import substitution program, as well as support for partners to create a product portfolio through team development and special competency development projects.
In 2022, we are planning to attract more than 7,000 specialists to Academy events, including technical presale specialists, engineers, and support specialists, as well as sales managers from different Russian regions. Events will be held as webinars and in-person seminars, workshops, and masterclasses.
Webinars on reviewing technology and selecting solutions, as well as a series of workshops at the Merlion Technical Center laboratory, will be organized for technical presale specialists and engineers.
Webinars and training sessions aimed at developing sales skills and on specific relevant products and solutions are available for sales managers.
The events will be held online and offline with the support and participation of leading vendors, Merlion specialists and other market experts.
