Merlion and Aurus Sign a Distribution Agreement

Merlion and the Russian company Aurus, which has been specializing in software development in the field of corporate communications since 2010, have announced the signing of a distribution agreement.

As part of the partnership, Merlion offers its partners engaged in project activities three flagship products of the domestic developer:

• Aurus PhoneUP – is a call recording system for VoIP using an omnichannel voice analytics platform from 3i TouchPoint Analytics.
• RichCall is video call and visual customer support (this software can be integrated with any solution for building a call center).
• Outbound is a system of outgoing calls for conducting mass campaigns in the contact center (calling by phone, e-mail, SMS), which includes the entire cycle of interaction with customers from the formation of a call list to the creation of reports.

In addition to these products, Aurus has a wide range of solutions to expand the basic capabilities of IP telephony and VC, including those based on Cisco technologies (Aurus is Cisco's technology partner), which are integrated into the existing IT infrastructure.
