Merlion and IVK have signed a distribution agreement

Merlion announces the signing of a distribution agreement with IVK, a leading developer and manufacturer of Russian high-tech information technologies, application and infrastructure software products, software and hardware solutions, information security tools, and industrial equipment for general and special purposes.

IVK has been operating in the Russian market for more than 25 years. Based on its own independent technology stack, the company is developing a portfolio of regulator-certified products and solutions aimed at government and commercial organizations. It is the parent organization in a group of companies that includes Basalt SPO, the developer of the Alt family of operating systems (available in the Merlion portfolio).

As an official distributor, Merlion begins to promote the entire range of vendor solutions among its partners: software and hardware products (including the IVK Kolchuga-K software and hardware firewall and IVK°Crypto - the means of building crypto-protected virtual private networks (VPN)) and computer equipment (servers and data storage systems for fault-tolerant and computing clusters, and specialized hardware).

The Distributor, together with the development team, will familiarize partners with IVK solutions and assist in the selection of equipment and preparation for projects and tenders. The warranty and post-warranty service has been successfully built by the vendor: the network of service centers covers 81 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
