Merlion and SATEL Announce Start of Cooperation in the Field of Unified Communications

Merlion, a leading distributor of software solutions in the Russian market, and SATEL, a Russian software developer, have announced the start of cooperation in the field of unified communications.

Under the signed distribution agreement, Merlion has expanded its software portfolio to include the market-leading UC solution, the RTN Platform. SATEL, in its turn, received an opportunity to increase its presence on the market by development of channel sales through a partner.

RTN is a multi-component solution providing a VoIP platform that allows you to implement UC services in the existing infrastructure and get them "from the cloud". The pool of the main solution modules includes voice robots and chatbots, a mobile application, an online event platform, as well as a messenger for various types of online communications.
