The parties have signed a distribution agreement.
Merlion and LANDE A.S., a Turkish manufacturer of high-tech server cabinets and accessories which has been operating since 2012, have signed a distribution agreement. The document came into force for an indefinite term, giving Merlion the status of an "Official Lande distributor in Russia".
The Merlion's warehouse (which has become the largest in the pool of Lande distributors) has received the first batch of the vendor's professional IT solutions, such as 19" server cabinets and accessories, cabinets for network equipment, server cabinets and racks for Lande data centers.
The distributor plans to provide assistance to its partners with the participation of the Lande team in the development of projects and preparation for tenders and competitions and also introduce the vendor's products, including new products and solutions for large projects.
