The Russian VAD distributor Merlion and the IT solutions ecosystem Lukomorye (LLC RTK IT Plus) have signed a partnership agreement. The cooperation will significantly expand the availability of the vendor’s software products for corporate customers across the country.
Within the framework of the partnership, Merlion’s distribution portfolio will encompass 15 IT products for managing business processes and project activities, such as the no-code platform Akola, the proprietary ESM system Divo, the project management system Yaga, and other domestic AI-powered solutions for organizational process automation. All developments of the Lukomorye ecosystem are designed as complementary elements—a unified interface, easy scalability, and the ability for deep integration with the customer’s IT systems, enabling the creation of flexible digital environments tailored to current business needs.
Key customers of Lukomorye include large and medium-sized companies in the banking and IT sectors, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy, as well as government organizations interested in improving internal process efficiency and driving digital transformation. The partner channel will expand the geography of the developer’s solution deliveries and ensure their professional implementation across all regions of the country.
