Merlion Signs a Distribution Agreement with Indeed

A distribution agreement is signed by Merlion and Indeed, a Russian developer of information security software for corporate customers. Merlion's IS software catalog has just been replenished with three vendor products included in the Registry of the domestic software of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Communications which are fit for implementation of LSI requirements in the field of information security (GOST, FSTEK, etc.).

As of today, Merlion offers the following to its partners:

• Indeed Access Manager (Indeed AM) – a centralized authentication management software suite that allows to manage access across all corporate resources, including local and remote access. The main purpose of the product is to replace unsafe password authentication with a unified secure authenticator across the corporate IT infrastructure.
• Indeed Privileged Access Manager (Indeed PAM) – administrative access management and privileged access control for different user categories (including full-time and part-time employees and external contractors). The product introduces additional access restrictions, records sessions, and tracks employee actions to prevent information security failures and incidents.
• Indeed Certificate Manager (Indeed CM) – a centralized software suite for public key infrastructure monitoring and management, digital certificates, and crypto-key devices (smart cards, USB tokens) life cycle management. The main purpose of the product is to optimize workflows and increase the security of PKI components management.

Indeed has over 14 years of experience in IS software development for various industries. This experience allows the company to employ flexible marketing tools when working with its distributors, partners, and customers. In partnership with Merlion, the developer will hold webinars, business lunches and dinners, and probably organize joint participation in industry expos and conferences. Under the scope of project distribution, Merlion will offer Indeed software delivery services to its partners along with its technical and engineering expertise and provide support in preparation for tenders and bidding procedures.
