The prize confirms the high material and technical level of the Merlion demo center used to deploy platforms for testing products of domestic developers and manufacturers.
At the end of March 2024, Merlion received an award from the Basis company in the Reliable Demo Zone category. Basis is a leading Russian developer of solutions for organizing dynamic infrastructure, virtual workplaces and providing cloud services.
Merlion became the official distributor of this vendor at the end of summer 2023. Merlion offers its partners the entire Basis product line: a virtualization platform, virtual desktops, dynamic IT infrastructure, a software package for protecting data and information in virtual infrastructure, a hardware hypervisor, as well as a service for backing up Kubernetes clusters and virtual machines.
The award-winning demo center based on Merlion's own technical center is an impressive material and technical platform for demonstrating domestic technologies, about 50 unique demo stands with the latest versions of software solutions, and an established pool of customized scenarios with an emphasis on solving specific customer problems. In particular, the Basis Dynamix solution from the Basis company is available for testing, in the "Virtualization" category. It presents a dynamic infrastructure platform that allows the user to manage virtual machines, physical servers, containers, storage resources, and PaaS blocks, and solve other problems related to the administration of the virtual environment.
