The companies ASUSTeK and MERLION have summed up the “Searching for the true ASUSTeK treasures” marketing program and drew the main prize, - a C-class Mercedes Benz.
At the end of August, the ASUSTeK company, the hi-tech market leader, and the MERLION company, a leading distributor of computer equipment and componentry, summed up a joint marketing program named "Searching for the true ASUSTeK treasures". The main prize was an opportunity to take part in the drawing of a C-class Mercedes Benz automobile.
The action took place during 2 months - from the 1st of June till the 31st of July - and was aimed to promote the ASUSTeK products: drives, mainboards (for AMD and Intel processors), videocards (on ATI and NVIDIA chipsets) and ASUSTeK server mainboards. According to the conditions of the action, on purchasing the ASUSTeK production, the dealers received points. In order to get the right to search for the main treasure - a drawing of the C-class Mercedes Benz automobile - one had to collect more than 400 points.
More than 150 companies were taking part in the action, and 86 managed to get the necessary points; among them there were 21 companies from Moscow and 65 from the regions. The regional dealers network was represented by cities of the Far East, Siberia, Ural, Southern and Central Russia, as well as of the CIS states - Belorussia and Georgia.
