MERLION launches training

Along with the successful development of core activity – distribution business, whose volume from year to year allows the company to occupy prime ratings of “Largest IT-companies in Russia”, and projects related with distribution (self-retail, integration and service) MERLION launches one more service in demand now viz. training and development of personnel of the company’s partners.

Having gained long term experience and strengthened partner relations with numerous world computer manufacturers, among them 80 famous brands, MERLION has created a program of training for experts of companies-partners in different fields of business. These are educational programs on separate IT-products and full-fledged multilevel courses, directed towards development of managerial skills. Apart from this the partners of MERLION get the opportunity to use company expertise – consultancy service in different fields of business activity.

“The new service was developed in the first place for company partners, who as of today are more than two thousand at MERLION, so that they could get all that is required from a “single source”. Now we are ready not only to sell but also train them to it. The expert center is accessible for all and we are ready to share the experience accumulated. That, which is there now, is only the beginning stage. In the future we plan to develop our center, based on our partners wishes. The library of courses offered shall be developed, new training methods shall be offered”, - noted Vyacheslav Simonenko, General Manager MERLION.

In August-September it is planned to launch a promotion for the first people willing to gain knowledge at MERLION training center. The promotion shall include: Free training on “Notebooks” (survey course on products), competition for the most active “student” (the first 30 successful persons finishing the course shall get valuable prizes from vendors) and query (wishes on distance training services).
