The MERLION company has become member of the Association of Trade Companies and Manufacturers of household and computer appliances (RATEK).
MERLION considers its participating in the association’s activity as a form of leading a dialog with political and social organizations and of informing the political structures’ representatives of the condition and problems of the Russian IT market.
The decision to join the RATEK association was due to a tendency to present and to defend more actively the interests of the distributing companies at the level of IT industry and the state one, to participate directly in discussing economical and legal bills concerned with regulating the IT market activity, and so forth.
The final purpose of MERLION participating in RATEK’s activity is the company’s interest in establishing civilized activity forms and developing a national computer market.
