MERLION’s tech support center has started working. The main purpose set before the specialists of the center is to supply the company’s partners with necessary technical information about the merchandise sold.

Inside the program of full-featured support of Moscow and regional partners, the MERLION company opens a Tech Support center. The purpose set before its specialists is to provide the inner partners of the company with necessary technical information on all the variety of MERLION products on pre-sale and post-sale work phases.

For solving the set problem put by effectively, the specialists of the center will be working in the following directions:

  • providing the company’s partners with operative information on the merchandise sold and the company’s work in “hot phone line” mode and responding to the questions on E-mail;
  • preparing thematic articles on MERLION products;
  • product testing;
  • qualified assistance in solving problems on documentation, drivers and componentry compatibility;
  • daily informing posting of tech information and company news to MERLION’s Russian partners;
  • renewing product catalogs on companies’ web sites …
