First own clinic of the franchise “IT Clinics Network” was recently opened on the territory of CITILINK Computer Discounter rapidly gaining popularity.
Though the clinic is own service centre of “IT Clinics Network” project and not a franchisee, it will perform its activity within the established limits of the franchise agreement. All existing services of “IT Clinics Network” will be also offered to clients of the new clinic: warranty and post-warranty service, troubleshooting, software installation, elimination of viruses, etc.
Breadth and diversity of the population of CITILINK Computer Discounter will allow “IT Clinics Network” to learn more deeply its potential customer with the purpose of formation and development of the most actual list of its services.
“Opening of our own clinic is of concern for us not only in relation to income increase, but also in relation to more detailed analysis of the customer’s demand for services and allied goods. In this case the experience of organization of the clinic’s work will help us in work with franchisees. We plan to use successful work experience of our own clinic in the whole network”, - commented out Gleb Semenov, the Director General of “IT Clinics Network”.
Investments into the opening of the new clinic are planned to be covered within a year. Expected result of the clinic for the end of 2010 is servicing of more than 1000 people per month.
