On March 11, the fifth season of forums for MERLION partners, MERLION Business Channel’2010, will be started.
MERLION is to open the fifth season of MERLION Business Channel forums. The format of the event, which has already become a tradition, presumes field meetings of MERLION’s management with its partners (CEO’s and owners of Russian IT companies).
In 2009, in addition to the traditional field conferences, we started offering monthly VIP forums for all of the Russian Federations’ Federal Districts, with participation of MERLION’s Top Management. The Company’s delegation is headed by our CEO, Viatcheslav Simonenko.
Realizing that in the tough crisis period each our partner has its own individual situation, MERLION has laid emphasis on personal meetings at negotiation tables. Today, having got over the first year in “new” conditions, MERLION, preserving its strategy of maximum openness in relations with its partners, sees the prospects in sharing the experience and elaborating common strategies for further development. MERLION Business Channel’2010 will be a revolution in the format, in which the Company will be concentrating on communication between all IT Market participants in round-table negotiations. “MERLION Round Table” invites its partners to dialogue about MERLION’s sales channel policy, to discussions of escalated issues and prospects of cooperation. “Vendor’s Round Table” will allow our partners to estimate the current market situation in the light of promotion and sales of equipment of our vendors and to elaborate a strategy for increasing the market share on the account of competent use of opportunities occurred in the crisis times.
In such way, MERLION Business Channel’2010 will help our partners in finding efficient solutions on the most important cooperation issues on all levels, and allow MERLION and its vendors better understand the needs of resellers and promptly response to changes on regional markets.

One more innovation in the format of field meetings is worth mentioning. In order to cover even grater range of partners, in the ‘2010 season MERLION is to launch a new format of meetings second-large cities of Federal Disrtricts, the First All-Russian Bowling MERLION CUP’2010 for MERLIONS’s partners. IN 2010, qualification tournaments will be held in Krasnodar, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Nizny Novgorod, and other cities and town of the Russian Federation. The MERLION CUP’2010 Super Final Tournament will be held in November 2010 in Moscow.
