MERLION Company has become an official distributor of QNAP production on the territory of the RF. Solutions of this manufacturer are already available for MERLION Company’s partners.
MERLION Company, a largest Russian IT distributor and QNAP, a supplier of high quality network devices have signed a distributor agreement. The agreement is of an unlimited duration and it envelopes all the manufacturer’s items, including in particular data storage systems.
“During last two years in the Russian market there actively grew a part of small data storage devices, or as they are called NAS storages (Network Access Storage)”, - says Sergey Raskopov, MERLION sales director. “Sucha swiftdemandiscausedbytwofactorsasaminimum. First, thevolumeofelectronicdataisconstantlygrowing, thedatashouldbestoredanditisnecessarytoprovideamulti-useraccesstoit. Second, in modern society there exists a high risk of loosing data. So, duplication of the information by creating RAID arrays gets wider spreading. Getting a status of “Official distributor of QNAP” was implemented by MERLION in the framework of enlarging portfolio of the products of this direction”.
