Economic weekly ”Commersant DENGI” recently published results of Russian IT companies’ annual rating. MERLION Company reaffirmed its status of the leader for the eighth time in succession.
Economic weekly “Commersant DENGI” (#12 dated the 29th of March 2010) published results of Russian IT companies’ annual rating. MERLION Company is the first in two categories: “Russian IT market companies» and “Distribution and retail trade”. So, eight years in succession MERLION Company reaffirms its status of the largest IT Company on the scale and effectiveness of business.
In 2010 rating apart from the categories mentioned there are tables “IT services” and “Software development” represented. In table “Manufacturing of high-technology equipment” the fourth line of the rating is occupied by MERLION Company’s project - NCAGroup, manufacturer of the personal computers iRU.
“Commersant DENGI” writes: “This year Russian IT market has survived probably the most dramatic time in its history. The fall was deep; it has ended, but hasn’t ended the crisis of the market. Restoration of the volumes up to the pre-crisis level is expected to occur not before 2012. “Dengi” journal represents the eighth rating of Russian IT companies, made up on the results of 2009”.
