MERLION invites graduates of higher educational establishments to gain a unique experience of working in commercial and financial services of a leading Russian IT distributor.
MERLION, a leading Russian distributor of computer and digital equipment, announces the launch of its annual program ”MERLION Trainee”. Graduates and senior students of higher educational establishments are invited to participate.
Program participants are going to train in the company for a month. They will be offered a monthly allowance, professional and career development opportunities, a competitive salary and all the social benefits available for the company’s employees.
Based on the monthly training, successful participants will be hired by MERLION for positions of Sales Manager or Financial Manager.
To take part in “MERLION Trainee” program, you must fill in the аpplication form at MERLION’s website by April 1 and pass several stages of selection (interview, testing, business game). The candidates who have successfully passed all the stages will be offered to join MERLION’s professional team.
“MERLION Trainee” program was launched in 2007. Following the results of the first four years of the program, about 90% of the trainees have become employees of MERLION.
