MERLION has become the official distributor for Fujitsu Technology Solutions, and plans in the near future to become one of the largest distributors of Fujitsu products and solutions in Russia.
MERLION and Fujitsu Technology Solutions (www.ru.fujitsu.com), one of the world's leading suppliers of a wide range of IT business solutions, have signed a distribution agreement.
MERLION became an official distributor for Fujitsu thanks to MERLION's acquisition of distribution group Verysell Group of Companies. MERLION can today boast of 16 thousand products of 190 manufacturers in its portfolio, among them are more than 120 direct distribution agreements.
The agreement between MERLION and Fujitsu Technology Solutions, which came into force on July 2011, covers a whole range of equipment: servers, storage systems, workstations, thin clients, personal computers, including laptops, monitors, and computer accessories. The signing of the agreement with MERLION is another step in the implementation of the Fujitsu SELECT affiliate program. Updated in 2010, the development strategy for the channel business of Fujitsu has helped to significantly strengthen relations with distributors. Today, almost 100% of the company's sales in Russia are through partners.
