MERLION - Apacer’s official distributor in Russia and CIS

MERLION and Apacer Technology Inc., the world leader in memory module and digital storage devices manufacturing, have signed an agreement that gives MERLION the status of “Apacer Official Distributor in Russia and CIS”. The agreement is open-ended; it came into effect in September 2011. It covers the full range of the vendor’s solutions: flash drives, external HDDs, media players, server and desktop memory modules, SSD, mouse and keyboard devices.

“Apacer solutions are well-known to the Russian consumer, they are sold by a large number of federal retailers and enjoy a steady demand,” notes Anton Lukyanov, head of MERLION’s purchase department. “Apacer’s share in the Russian market is already as high as 9% and improving. Also, the company has been constantly expanding its product line and keeping competitive prices. Now that the agreement has been signed, we are happy to offer our partners products by such a well-known manufacturer as Apacer.”

The first batch of Apacer products will arrive at the distributor’s stores in the coming week.
