MERLION invites graduates to get a unique experience in the commercial service of the Russia's largest IT distributor. Profiles of applicants are accepted before May 31.
This spring, MERLION announced for six consecutive years the beginning of the annual “Trainee-MERLION” program for recruitment of young professionals in the sales department. Graduates and final-year students are invited to participate (2010 to 2012).
The program participants expect training in the company for one month (beginning of training in June 2012), a scholarship during training, the opportunity for professional growth and career development, competitive salaries, as well as all the social benefits provided to the company’s employees.
It is necessary to fill out an application and undergo a series of qualifying rounds (interviews, tests, role play) before May 31 in order to participate in the “Trainee-MERLION” program. Candidates who have successfully passed all steps will be invited to join the MERLION team of professionals.
Following the results of a month traineeship, successful participants will be accepted in the marketing department of MERLION in the position of “Sales Manager”.

It is worth noting that the "Trainee-MERLION” program has been held for six years - it started in 2007. About 90% of trainees become employees of MERLION every year in followup of the program.
