The parties have signed an agreement that gives the right to MERLION to direct deliveries of auto retainers for iGrip mobile digital devices.
Russia's largest IT distributor, MERLION (www.merlion.com), and «Herbert Richter GmbH & Co. KG» (http://www.iGrip.eu/), a well-known German manufacturer of iGrip auto accessories, have signed a distribution agreement. The agreement came into force in December 2012, termless. The first batch of auto retainers for iGrip mobile digital devices has already been delivered to the MERLION warehouse.
Auto retainers of German company Herbert Richter GmbH & Co. KG are manufactured under the iGrip brand. At present «Herbert Richter GmbH & Co. KG» is the best world’s producer of these products and produces original auto retainers for Apple, Samsung, HTC, Motorola and BlackBerry, as well as universal retainers for all models of smartphones and tablets of other brands. The factory is located in Germany. All products are distinguished for the legendary German highest level of quality.
