MERLION Is Microsoft’s Distributor of the Year

MERLION, the largest Russian IT distributor, received the Distributor of the Year award from Microsoft. The award ceremony took place on July 9, 2013 in Huston (USA) within the framework of the Russian reception at Worldwide Partner Conference 2013.

The company received the award based on the results of a contest among Microsoft partners in Russia, which confirmed the distributor’s top level of expertise in the sphere of partnership network development. This appreciation of MERLION’s work emphasized its extremely successful entry to the market of Microsoft solutions distribution exactly two years ago, steady growth indicators for the above period and expert organization of all business processes.

Every year, Microsoft announces the winners among its partners based on the results of the international partner IT solutions contest (during Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference). This year it was the second time when Microsoft held Partner Awards 2013, a separate contest among its Russian partners and distributors. MERLION was one of the winning VAD distributors that, according to the evaluations provided by Microsoft specialists, demonstrated an innovative approach to partnership network development and promotion of products and solutions by the globally known software developer in the small and medium business segments.
