MERLION Becomes Xigmatek Distributor

MERLION, a major Russian distributor of IT, and Xigmatek, a Taiwan manufacturer of computer peripherals (www.xigmatek.com), have signed an agreement defining MERLION’s status as the ‘Official Distributor of Xigmatek’. The Agreement, which has already taken effect, has been signed for an unlimited time period, covers the whole range of the vendor’s products and is in effect in Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. It should be mentioned that at the above markets MERLION is currently the first official distributor of Xigmatek.

The first shipment of Xigmatek PC casings in the Hi-End performance segment has already been delivered to the distributor’s warehouse. The main distinguishing features of Xigmatek casings include top quality, original design and ease of use. High-quality steel of SECC and SPCC grades, as well as ABS plastic and steel mounting elements for internal hardware are used to make the above casings.

MERLION’s representatives point out that Xigmatek, a global leader in the Hi-End components segment, has not yet been represented in Russia, hence the great prospects for development of the markets where MERLION is to sell the vendor’s products within the scope of its distributor rights., The manufacturer. in its turn, views MERLION as a leader at the Russian IT market and plans to acquire a 5 to 7% share in its segment with MERLION’s assistance.
