The Parties announced conclusion of a new Distribution agreement.
MERLION, the leading Russian IT-distributor, and Toshiba Corporation (www.toshiba-memory.com) announced conclusion of a new Distribution agreement. MERLION received the status of the “Official distributor of Toshiba data storage devices in Russia” as a result of the merger with the Bureaucrat company, announced in September.
The Agreement already came into effect and gives MERLION the right for selling Toshiba memory cards and flash drives in the market of the Russian Federation. Being the official distributor, MERLION will promote the products of the manufacturer within the partner channel (MERLION has more than 9 thousand partners), using different marketing instruments: special offers, promotional programs, seminars, trainings etc.
MERLION highly appreciates the unique character of the received status and is assured that the product quality, innovative technologies and reputation of Toshiba as a recognized global leader in the production of high technological equipment is the guarantee for a successful cooperation of these two strong companies.

In conclusion, it is worth noting, that the cooperation of these two companies started in 2010, when MERLION became the official distributor of Toshiba in the “Laptop” category. At the present moment the goods catalogue of MERLION includes the whole assortment of Toshiba products (laptops, TVs, external hard drives, internal hard drives, flash drives, memory cards, Blue Ray and DVD players etc).
