MERLION and CMO signed a distribution agreement

Aiming to expand the trend of passive telecommunications equipment, the MERLION company announces signing of a distribution agreement with the leader of the mid-range segment of 19’’ racks - the production company CMO (www.cmo.ru).

The agreement gives MERLION the status of the “Official distributor of CMO in Russia and CIS”. The agreement entered into force on February 1, 2014, it is open-ended and covers the entire vendor’s product portfolio. A wide range of telecommunications and electrical equipment is already available for MERLION’s partners.

Founded in 1992, MERLION is the largest full-range distributor in the Russian market. MERLION’s affiliate network has more than 9,000 companies in all regions of Russia and CIS countries. MERLION’s portfolio includes more than 300 formal distribution agreements. The company’s sales offices are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara and Kazakhstan (Almaty).

The company has successfully developed such distribution segments as: computers, digital and consumer electronics, office supplies, office furniture, business gifts. In addition, special attention is being paid to development of VAD-distribution – both of hardware and software. For example, the distributor’s structure includes MERLION Engineering Technical Centre specifically created to support the segment of projection equipment and software as well as to provide additional services to partners and customers.
