New top-managers of Citilink

MERLION Group informed of staff changes in the Citilink e-tailer (www.citilink.ru), one of the largest Russian chain stores of electronic and retail trade.

Appointment of Mikhail Slavinsky, who held earlier the position of the Distribution Director of WRD Division of MERLION, to the position of the General Director of Citilink became the key event. In the position of the general manager he will be responsible for strategic planning, improvement of key performance indices of the company and operating efficiency.

Mikhail joined the team of MERLION in 2002. For 12 years Mikhail has passed the way from manager to the Director of the division, having headed the Area of Wide-range distribution in MERLION.

Appointment of Roman Sychev, who earlier held the position of the general manager of the nation-wide chain of computer storesPOSITRONICA, to the position of the Marketing Director of Citilink became the second, not least important event. In this position Roman will be directly subordinate to Mikhail Slavinsky.

During his work for MC POSITRONICA Roman has implemented a lot of large-scale business-projects, which brought the company to TOP-5 most successful and attractive franchises of Russia in the field of retail trade according to the version of Forbes.

In the new position Roman will have to concentrate of formation and control of the marketing strategy, as well as strengthening of the existing position of the company in the market.

Roman began his professional way in the position of regional manager of the nation-wide chain of computer stores POSITRONICA in 2005. In 2006 Roman was appointed to the position of the Franchising Director, in 2008 - Commercial Director, and from November 2010 – General Manager.
